The Decamus – A Witness

Passage: Psalm 118: 1-4 and 14;24, and Matthew 28: 1-15.

An Eyewitness account by the Decamus, a commander of a contubernium (a group) in the Roman Army; they were assigned to seal and guard the tomb where Jesus was laid after the Crucifixion.  The contubernium felt the presence of an Angel and will tell anyone and everyone that no earthly person opened that tomb.  The Roman Centurion saw the empty tomb and believed.
