The Ultimate example of the love of God--- The Trinity.  Jesus, the WORD, created us.  We sinned so Jesus became a man to save us from our sins, so that we can live with God forever; in those hours on the Cross, Jesus, the man, was separated from The Trinity and bore the brunt of our sins.  The third day, He Rose.  It's all about the love.
